The Stress Relief Committee strives to empower and inform patients of the importance of mental health, wellness, and care through interactive educational classes. At each clinic, we teach patients a variety of stress-relieving techniques that can be used on a daily basis to cope with both short and long-term stressors.

To accommodate patients on a tight schedule, Stress Relief speaks one-on-one with patients in the lobby to give an abridged version of the class that evening. In the past, our committee has provided classes centered around a wide array of topics ranging from sleep & insomnia to Zumba as a stress-relieving technique, and so much more!

To check out what we have to offer please visit us soon! Classes are held upstairs in the Stress Relief Room every 30 minutes from 7:30 p.m to 9:30 pm/closing.
